I believe that boy that can fly, who also has an obsession with Claire, is the New Villain, which the little girl claims to be worse than Sylar.

I'd like to believe he's the one who attempted to kill Hiro's father, but that would also mean he's the one who attempted to kill Peter's mom, but how would he be able to get in and out of the locked room like that.

Unless he has more than the ability to fly.

It would explain why Hiro's father fell to his death, yet the killer was gone. (Flew away)

One could also say that there's more than one killer, so it could be said that He did in fact kill Hiro's father and someone else attempted to kill Peter's Mom.

I doubt there's more than 1 killer though.

Peter was telling claude how his powers worked and claude said

I doubt that West is the one that Molly is seeing in nightmares. I also doubt that West is the murderer of Kaito Nakamura. Kaito seemed to recognize this fellow as one of the older generation of Heroes, and when Matt read Molly's mind, the voice was very much not West's.

Im just saying, theres other people out there that can be badass like peter

and watch them have a showdown. of course they'll have diff powers and probly absorb each other but itll be interestin for the heroes GAME

I think having another character with empathic mimicry could potentially be a very bad idea...
