Erm wut? To my knowledge there are no specific "vines and kinds of trees" needed to qualify as a Jungle.

yeah there are. there has to be a certain kind of tree and formation of land to make a jungle which actually is a part of a rain forest. There are many definitions of jungle on the net. some say they are all in south america and australia. Some have them in africa and india. So I'll just take it that there are some in africa in the congo.
