Genis wins, but he wouldnt beat them both at the same time. This is a close fight. King Thor is more powerful than anyone here, but really, Thor's always been an idiot before he got the Odinforce, hence why he would lose to guys like the Hulk when he should crush them in moments, and getting it didnt help him any.
