Well I think it's close to being a tie...Omega absorbed the lifestream and left the planet crumbling, having attained the power of what is considered a god in the FF7 universe, although the Devil Incarnate is pretty much on par with Gurdu, who was the first deity in Ninja Gaiden. Also, that energy from the lifestream gave Omega the ability to sail the cosmos, which is impressive.

I thought people were going to say Omega Weapon.
