Well in a wizard magazine they did a interview (its the most recent wizard) and they said that ultimate hulk is the strongest and more ruthless hulk that ever came out. I dont agree with that but it was said.

Not the originally depowered one. Near the end of Jugg's line as a depowered character, he got more pathetic, so perhaps... I think he, Colossus and Thing are somewhat interchangeable, though I would give Colossus the edge over Ben.

But let's not get into that.

How is that not ruthless? It crosses the line between just killing someone and desecrating their corpse afterward.

It's barbaric and awesome, but not "ruthless".

Now, current Hulk is beating everybody within an inch of their life without breaking a sweat in order to hunt down those who destroyed his life. He has no mercy, and he's undefeatable thus far (PIS excluded).

I'd say WWH is more ruthless.

It does make you merciless (unless everyone he ate was a suicidal masochist) though, which is part of being ruthless.
