Beast is stronger.
He is more agile,he can hang by his toes like a bat as he's playing ping-pong.
He does have a healing factor (not like Wolverines) he has taken multiple bullets and lived (without seeing a doctor).
He does have more stamina.

In a lengthy fight I can see it going Beast's way.

DD's "radar" and underrated MA skills can take some wins as well.

Again it depends on the writers.

All things factored in I would say Beast takes 58% of the wins.
