OVA even in the undeveloped state she has phasing, intangibility, energy control and attack, teleportation, FTL speed and reactions, summoning and controlling demons, transmutation of matter, fusing with matter, dimensional travel, etc.

she has never had ftl reactions. she can summon demons oOo something goku cant deal with considering he was basically in hell. nor can she fuse with matter to my knowledge. we dont know how big or powerful those blasts can be either.

She fused with a stone column on Kagato's ship, tracked and moved FTL in OVA 19

that was kagatos doing. he basically owns her because he and washu created her. he can literally turn her into anything. he even says that explicitly.
