Dr. Strangelove was in channel 5's top 20 greatest comedies ever.

Good....?

Nah, it's channel 5. It may as well have been in the top 20 comedies ever, judged by a tramp in a wood.

Yeah, Shrek and Austin Powers were in the top 10, I mean, I liked them, but there are way better comedies.

You'd better tell me that This Is Spinal Tap was in there.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail, too?

Yeah, was somehere around the 20s, but I think it should've been higher.

"Look, mine goes up to 11. That's one higher than 10, so it's 1 louder."

"Why don't you just keep 10 the highest, but make 10 louder?"

"No, it goes up to 11!"

Didn't see Holy Grail, but it started at 50 and I missed 50 to 25.

a tragedy.

For clarification, I'm saying I didn't see it on the chart.

What got number 1?

life of brian

I think next semester I'm going to try and take a martial arts class mmm

If you're going at it from a health aspect, take boxing. It's not as glamorous as saying "I take Tae Kwon Do or Karate", but you'll get a much better and involved workout. Sparring, speed-bag, body-bag and jump rope all build up your cardio and muscles. It's also a much more effective and easier style to learn if it comes to defending yourself from your average bar loudmouth denizen.

That or Muy Thai (kickboxing), but it's hard to find a kickboxing class in the U.S. that follows Thai rules.

Thanks for your input 🙂

I was currently looking into the schedules for Hapkido and Aikido, both of which are offered at my university, because it kicks ass.

Not bad either, just depends what you want to get out of it the most, fancy moves, exercise/fitness training or some happy medium.

Jujitsu (if they offer it) is also excellent and a great combination of cardio/muscular workout and self defense training (probably the best, as most fights end up on the ground). You'll also get to roll around the floor with other guys, which may or may-not be a positive for you.

The happy medium is what I'm looking for. I'm not looking for these classes to be my sole source of physical activity and weight loss, just a supplement. So it's not a big deal which sphere of martial arts I choose.

and lolz, I'm a homo.

Yeah, most of the top 10s were kinda gimmicky, like American Pie, all they talked about was the bedroom scene and the pie scene.

American Pie made the top ten funniest movies list? Lame.
