Well with the change of weather you won’t be able to do this outside anymore but swimming has always been one of the greatest total body workouts. You can join a gym and begin that exercise. I go as often as I can at least 3 or 4 times a week... and depending on how much time i have ill do about 30 - 60 mins straight... Good luck
