Cutscene explaining how the Zohar is the ultimate energy device in Xenosaga's dimension. They are also upgrading KOS-MOS to fit the Tertiary Weapon system into her as it was meant to be. In Shion's memory we find out Dinah is an equipment/vehicle especifically designed for Kos-Mos and that she can enter hyperspace with it. Kos-Mos can directly interface with it.

She has appeared in 3 games. She only gets 3 upgrades throughout the games. Sounds fair enough to me. After all its boring to see the characters with the same design over and over again.

When I hopefully get a 360 I'll be getting: DOA4, Halo 3, Ninja Gaiden 2, Soul Calibur 4, Ninety-Nine Knights, and some other games I can't think of at the moment.

Pretty much. What don't you get? They can't hit the Gnosis because they exist in another dimension. Only when the Hilbert Effect is used can the Gnosis be assaulted.
