but creating an energy blast is going to take a hell of alot less effort than lifting a mountain...

and with one months training? i dont think so... unless you're a prodigy with the ring...

My last thought is: who says she'd have to do anything to the autoshields? She works her powers THROUGH shields since there is an atmosphere or electrons in it (skin-tight or not)

She's worked her powers through Magneto's personal shields.

A lantern, especially a forum-lantern would likely have more trouble with Wolverine than Storm, depending on the starting distances and what not.
