In SFII the fight took place at night time. I understand why it was night, thats when the crowd comes out. It just seems odd it taking place during day time is all.

You're right, but this is why it's not allowed to be said, as it's a racist term meant to degrade blacks, but Niger isn't, as long as well...it's used rightfully.
