Nope. You asked if a GL had limits and I told you they did: none of them are Lucifer Morniningstar.

Those rings sure are. Without Lucifer Morningstar, they're limited and run out of juice. So yeah, they're limited.

The limit of the rings is holding a universal big bang, creating an actual ladder to heaven for the quantum mechanics, who are probably some of the most powerful beings ever, and stopping time. certainly abstract lvl feats. And those are only things I can think of that have been done. Still no where on panel was it said that this was thier limit. I stand by my question and statement. The rings themselves dont' have a limit in what they can do.
