Yes, he starred in "Chairman of the Board" and played a part in "Dennis the Menace Strikes Back." He was also in some other roles I believe and he's more known for his comedic skits.

I think he's a celeb just because everyone knows him and he has his very own show at the Luxor, one of the most popular casinos in Las Vegas.
