Superman - Yep.

Death - Easily.
A celestial - Easily.
Yuga Khan - Easily.
Doctor Doom - Maybe...the guy did take a blast from Thanos amped by the Gauntlet.
Batman with an hours prep - No.
Iron-man - No.
Silver Surfer - No.
Darkseid - In a bad way, but he survives.
Wolverine - So much overkill, it isn't funny.

Hal Jordan GL - Doesn't survive, even when fully prepared for it.
Ion (Kyle) - Classic survives, Current not so much.
Galactus - Might make him angry, but that's all.
Thor - Current Thor might survive. Classic dies.

Caps shield - Only raw energy? Probably survives.
