In the comics Pyron is shown moving at least lightspeed(I think more than). In the games, he is shown to grow more than 3 timed lsrger than the Andromeda galaxy.

He was next to it, it wasn't in the background. He was observing his prey before descending upon its planets, it's sorta his thing.

He had just got done absorbing earth, even if it was in the background he'd have to be at least its size for it to even be in the background. He was observing it.

If he was near Earth, then it could easily be in the background. It's visible at night actually and is smaller than most constellations (perspective - wise).

He was observing it(he has cosmic awareness on a galactic scale). He was next to it, not like this matters. I can't really form a case for Pyron since I know almost nothing about Dark Schneider.
