Yep.

* only Ken lacks a Hadouken super move... that's why i enjoy pairing him with Ryu in X-men vs SF & Marvel vs SF because they do a double Shinkuu Hadouken...

Yep. I was pissed when they nerfed his fireball in the later crossover games

Dude that looks almost like Akuma...

Who is he beating up?

Anyone seen the SF IV preview in this month's Gameinformer. Ken was so gonna cave in Ryu's nuts wit a Shoryuken.

Ken and Akuma make a great team in Mugen.

* seen it, Ryu (as usual) got the upperhand... Ken should have a Street Fighter with him as the lead... 😮‍💨

Ken's Shinryuken in MVC2 has gotta be one of the greatest lookin supers of all time, and he says it wit such vigor....

SHINRYUKEN!!!!!!

I like Ryu's voice in CvS and CvS2, especially when he does shinshoryuken.

EDIT - Oh damn, this is a respect KEN thread.

I like his voice in SFA and MVC.

Same wit Ken too, altho I liked kens's SFIII voice too, when he yelled out his special moves it was okay but when he talks he sounded cool.

Shippu Jenrai Kyaku is one of the coolest looking supers in SF3.

I dread that move. my friends play wit Ken, I usually get Akuma or Gill/Urien. I really hate to see that move comin, if put in the right combo, it could pretty much kill you.

Unless you got one of the characters wit unusually high defense...like Gill

You can link anything into Shippu and combined with the easy meter. . .God.

Same, if they hit me with a down medium + kick, my mind instantly goes "Oh shit!" because I know it leaves me open to a Kyaku super.

I usually play Ryu or Akuma in that game, and I go with both their respective shoryuken supers.

* never jump on SFIII Ken with a Shinryuken...

😂 Same here.

If you tweak the system direction a bit you can cancel a High Punch wit a Shoryuken and cancel that wit the super, causes massive damage and looks very cool. Imo, 3rd Strike has the best/easiest cancel system.

I can throw a Hadouken and a Shinku Hadouken and basically the same time.

Yeah, I jump in, high to medium punch combo, then immediately cancel with an shoryuken. I've never done the full cycle though.
