Fact is, in most Shounen animes and shit(and younger), some variation of "the power of friendship" comes to play.

Although in Digimon it was a quite literal meaning...I mean, a bunch of random kids revealing their hopes and dreams somehow defeated MaloMyotismon...Gay. 😐

actually there are time manipulators.

digimon are not only data once they enter the real world they are real life forms

i would also say the strongest pokemon is probably ultiumate level compared to digimon standard.
