not really since Animated by odin the Destoyer was able to damage celestials.

didnt they reform instantly back. odin had no effect on them

they can reform, a comfort that tyrant doesen't share with them.

Probably A tie in the first one. destroyer wins the 2nd one for sure. Even a fully fed Galactus would be able to beat ALL the power of asgard in one being.

Destroyer animated by Loki is easily skyfather level and has the feats to back it up. Tyrant does NOT have the feats to put him on skyfather level.
