What's stopping Henshaw from simply inhabitting Mjolnir and leaving Thor a flightless brick? He did co-opt a portion of the Source Wall and make a body out of it. Enchanted Uru would make for a good material to create a body from. Unless the enchantments on the hammer wouldn't allow for that (which I'm thinking they wouldn't given Thor's issues with Creel).
Here's a thought. Henshaw creating multiple bodies with each wielding a Sinestro corp ring each and all fighting Thor simultaneously.

thor would be in trouble if that happened.
I'm certainly not underestimating Thor. Hell, the guy is powerful and has a nice plot device for a weapon.
Thing is Henshaw is far more powerful physically and has EIGHT plot device weapons on top of his standard plot device power.
At least he hasn't popped up with T-vo. 😉

its not going to be easy though.

Cyborg is indeed beyond Superman powerwise its been stated multiple times. and now he has sinestro corp rings meaning he can basically immune to Battlefield removal. And it gives him a plot device weapon more powerful than Thors imo.

Well, assuming a sinestro corps ring is approximately as powerful as a lantern corps ring...
EACH 'plot device weapon' is more powerful than Mjolnir.
In my opinion.
And since henshaw can dupe, as Avlon mentioned, he could always just have several clones each using a single ring.

The heart and soul thing is great in theory.
For example, if Thor were fighting to save Odin's soul and had to defeat borg...he'd do much better than in a standard fight BUT if Henshaw had to defeat Thor to bring back Terri {his wife} from the dead...the same could be said of Henshaw.
Borg ftw.

thor for the win.

Speed, strength, durability, versatility, and even plot devices go the Henshaw.Thor is at severe disadvantage.
Henshaw ftw.
thor for the win
ps ever see any of the rocky movies? rocky wins cuz hes all heart even though he is outclassed.
