DJ beats him with a few stipulations, and for your information, DJ has displayed better speed and durability than Gouki, and can destroy Master Chief even easier in his upgraded form.

As I said there are no stipulations in this match, meaning Master Chief can be camoflaged and melt Gouki to a puddle with a pair of energy swords, or shoot Gouki's eye out with a beam rifle. Gouki's screwed worse if Chief has scarab guns.

So basically you give MC all his weapons and powerups at the same time? This is an unfair match, and Shin Gouki>DJ. 😉

And this isn't unfair because Gouki's at his prime, but hasn't the showings that would give him the win.
