Just did some digging. Heres a description.

Part Two
Peter Parker seeks council with the enigmatic Dr. Strange. Dr. Strange solemnly informs Peter that he can do nothing to grant Aunt May her life back. He allows, Peter, however a travel into a nexus of time to seek the aid of several other individuals including Dr. Doom, High Evolutionary and Reed Richards. Peter then, without Strange's approval, attempts to go back in time using one of the spells. However this backfires and he harms himself in the process. Strange heals his mystic wounds and sends him on his way encouraging him to be by his Aunt's side at her death. On his way to the Hospital he is confronted by a little girl, who says she holds the answer to his problem.

Eith no one has figured out who she is, or she's just some random girl with cosmic powers or a medical degree.

Well, if you haven't found out yet, I'm pretty sure that girl is Scarlet which (who has reality bending powers). Its a rumor on a different forum of mine. Or was. I'm not sure if its been confirmed. But, look at the gloves.
