Virtua Fighter combatants are rather on the weak side relatively speaking.

Although, power levels hasn't really ever been a focus of the VF franchise anyway. It's always been about gameplay. Which is good.

The cast being weaker than Paul isn't a good reason why Paul wins?

I'm not making it Tekken vs Virtua Fighter. I'm just mentioning why the VF characters aren't anything special on the vs forum. It's not a knock to anything.

If you mean being overall weaker, no, that doesn't explain why Paul wins. It would be an argument supporting Julia Chang against Akira, though she most likely won't beat him, as much as I like her anyways.
