Even without Godstalker, Team 2 wins.

Surfer would do what the Avengers can't: destroying the bejeezus out of Ultron, by making cease to exist.

As for the other two... Well:
On one hand, Doom is a Thanos lite: A mediocre human version of the Mad Titan. An already self-aknowledged ignorant of the technology used by Thanos and general douchebag who got his ass kicked by another doucheg made of rubber almost everytime they met. And add to that that he's by far the less powerful on the field. IMO, a good delevered pimpslap from Thanos should do the trick.

As for Onslaught, well... If Hulk can beat his ass, what chance does he has?
