toolbar/colours NEED HELP

so I put some extra RAM in..

and now:
the toolbar changed into the classic view... so I wanted to get it back to normal// [no idea how to do it]

and my dad was 'helping'

so now i have still the classic toolbar plus extra the colours of everything are BLACK.

all the windowsa massages are black on the black background.. so as for me it's impossible to do anything..

and the question is:
how to get back to some normal colour schemes? on the BIOS level bag

can you help get back the xp toolbar?
[and no, there is no such an option in the screen window]
