No she's VERY strong, I just like the Doctor feats more. No way am I disregarding her.

However, isn't she consider the spirit of the 21st century? or something like that. If so that's not great against the Spirit Binder ie. Talisman 😛

Jack needs to have a full working city to have a good shot at fighting. He feeds off of the pollution etc....
