But heres the catch. The fight takes place on the back of Deathwing the Destroyer inflight, battling in the First War. If one falls off, he loses (assuming he would be killed in the war raging below)

Assuming they know if they can knock off the other, the battle below would take care of them.

Also Assuming Deathwing doesn't care.

My rules in VS are:

- No healing magics

- No time Manipulation

- No soul attacks/drains

This is very close I guess.

Both have they usuable hands glued to their weapons....just for fun
