Who can take a Super Air-Wave

Who is the weakest person whom can take Superman punching with all his force but not connecting (IE : He stops his fist a metre away) . Simply put the air blast from the punch.

A meter? There wouldnt be much air pressure no matter how hard he hit considering the size of his fist, he would need to connect with some thing to cause any amount of damage simply by the air pressure.
