The darkseid one i'm unsure of, but theTanos one is from one of those 'Teach your kids to read' comic (Pretty smart idea), and as such I think it's non-canon. Considering that he used the 'Thanos-copter' and before getting pwned was getting b*tch-slapped by Hellcat and Spidey.

For the record Kirby had nothing to do with Darkseid getting owned by street thugs(and yes, he was weakened, said he was like a mortal).
Kirby plotted(but not scripted) #1-#4 of the first SUPER POWERS series and wrote(plot and script) as well as penciled #5. He penciled the entire second volume. But had nothing to do with volume three(at least being credited with it), unless you count him creating the New Gods.
