Why didn´t they...

Well, lasers do get dull after awhile, I can't seem to take them seriously. Whenever I see a shooting scene in Star Wars, I start to laugh, but the bullets to Bay are just common sense, like, "you'de think they'd have guns with bullets! They're robots!" It may not work, but it appeals to the crowd. Ya know?

Probably not K-mart since Michael Moore's movie.

Are they parts of the TF themselves...? If so that'd be silly as they'd probably deplete like half their mass after a good sustained battle.
TFs shooting bullets is just dumb, imo.

Just another example of Bay not knowing where the sci-fi and the reality cross well.

Well, Ironhide is the weapons specialist, can't he just make them with whatever's available?

Also the decpticons in the film took on the forms of militray vehicles from earth, so they HAD to have bullets and missiles.
