Magento KO'd him, along with Hulk and others (although, it was a bit of a cheapshot).

Defenders 13, or 14 if I'm not wrong.

but surely if its true about the time powers Magneto wouldnt be able to do anything if hes frozen in stasis?

Yeah I dunno, Magneto's shields are top tier in their own right. So that'd buy him a few moments against most of them. Also you have to figure in a Adamantium covered stadium, he could fire like a million adamantium knives from every angle.

And even so, that's once out of his near fifty year history.

I'm not saying he hasn't done it, it's just more likely he's going to use something else.
