Im enjoying the second playthrough the story as well, because depending how you play it can change everything. The first time I played I

went to kill Matriarch Benezia first, then later I picked up her daughter, this time I picked up the daughter first, now im on my way to Benezia and the daughter is already talking about seeing her.

I'm playing as a Paragon the first time around.

Then the Renegade the second time around. Playing as the Renegade is suppose to create much more funny scenarios.

There is really no difference, it doesnt really affect gameplay. You dont like become one or the other, you actually have a rating for both. But you arent gonna be evil if you go renegade, its not like good and evil, its more like good cop and bad cop. lol

But it is cool to punch a whiny scientist who doesnt know when to shutup. 😂

Yeah, I know. You're a good guy either way. You're saving the universe.

The difference is just the way you go about your business and how people perceive you.

Not to mention.......the blue alien girl likes bad boys.....so there's some incentive in being bad.

Question - are the choices in this game more subtle than in Kotor, when it was either being good guy or murdering psychopath?

With this game and the Witcher I may think about updating my ancient computer...

Yeah, thats one thing I hated about KOTOR, you were either a saint or a psychopath. This game is much more realistic, you either a saint, or you are just a man who will do whatever it take to get the same thing accomplished the saint would. 😛

But like many reviews have said, you do have to make some very big moral decisions, not really good and evil, but very heavy situations.

I FINALLY got the game. I'm playing as a War Hero Earthborn Soldier. It's so wondeful ;____;

Speaking of length of game, its roughly 15 hours without any sidequests.

With sidequests, its probalby at 35-40 hours long. Probalby in the same area as KOTAR.

My favourite part of the game is the codex. It takes my wikipedia obsession into overdrive.

But I'm definitly enjoying the game. KOTAR though, in my opinion is a better overall game.

there are so many sidequests, im playing the 2nd time around doing sidequests for fun and i dont think it will ever end 😎

I'm kind of surprised that people are skipping the sidequest during the first playthrough and just sticking with the main story.

I guess the Main Story must be really good then huh. I'll still do all of the side quests my first playthrough.

Anybody playing with the Adept class?

I read that it's not really about the offensive. Just manipulation.

But the reason I skipped so much is because the story really is that good. I heard this in a review, maybe xplay, but I agree, its the first game where I actually played to get to the next cutscene.

I finally started playing the game today. I've set up everything and I'm on my way to meet with the captain. At that point I had to stop playing.

I'm an Adept.........Colonist.........Sole Survivor.

Who kept the Generic Sheppard Model and who created their own person? I'm rather satisfied with my Created Character Model.

When I first entered my name and it said Error, I honestly thought I had messed up something with the game and had skipped a step or something.

I tried making my own Shepard the first couple times, but seeing them in the game made me start over and use the default. Im using a decent created one on my second play.

For an RPG, the action in this game is suprisingly pretty good. Nothing groundbreaking from an 3rd Person action game but as an RPG its pretty awesome.

As an Vanguard and around 34 or so level, my guy is a beast with the shotgun. I recently bought the crazy Spectre gear and totally ****ing people up, but nothing competes with Liara totally ****ing up people with her biotics.

I used to use Kaiden but now I go for blue chick. She's amazing.

Do you have to have certain woman in your group for the romance aspects to come into play?

I dont think so.

I think you just talk to them a bunch of times.

It's funny though and somewhat high schoolish.

" Whose it going to be Shepard, me or her"

The options are

a. Chose first girl
b. Chose other girl
c. Why cant I have both of you!!

I found it quite surprising that they didn't explain the "Biotics Selection Screen" at all or how to bring it up to use it.

I had to guess how to on my own. Also, when you map a Biotics attack, what button does it get mapped to? I map them but then don't know what button to press to quickly activate it.

Do you guys control your teammates thoroughly or just focus on Sheppard during combat?

I wish there were someway to transfer our Createc Character Models online so that we can show them off. I'm rather proud of mine. Tried to make him look like me as much as I could. Green eyes and all. I really love how the Green Eyes in game show up as well. Very striking.
