The destroyer stood its ground( not for long) but stood its ground against a dozen celestials.

Some of the celestials even impress marvels galactus.

Darky is not winning this one.

The Destroyer has shown different levels of power depending on who is animating it, now if we were to take the Destroyer at its most powerful, Darkseid wouldn't stand a chance.

Darkseid is pathetic and gets 1 shotted here.

Darkseid wins. Reason being The Destroyer could easily beat Darkseid with is beam if it didn't take so much time to load up. I'm speaking of PC Darkseid the classic one the could delete pretty much any thing. In close combat though he would lose.

Newer day Darkseid would loose. His beams won't have much of and effect on Destroyer. His hits won't either. So I think its safe to say he'd loose that.

a fist fight is out of the question, even if ds thinks he can win like that, one hit from the dread one enlighten him very quickly.

this comes down to who can survive each other beam.
