Greatest fictional villain of all time?

Who do think is the greatest or most interesting villain of all time in the world of fiction? 😄

I myself would give that title to Scar or possibly Jafar 😄

That one f*ckin scary person from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, the one with the huge nose, saying, "I smell children"

Darth Vader....

Darth Vader is neat 😄

He makes my top 10 🪩

If those villains are so "great", why do they repeatedly lose to weak heroes?

Jeremy Irons as Scar wasw just awesome!
Jafar was also great
But my favourtie Disney villian is and always has been Shere Khan from the Jungle Book who was voiced by Tony Jay who died in 2003

Shere Khan was not afraid of any thing except for fire and he beat Baloo's ass real bad and would kill Scar in a fight to the death

Shere Khan vs Mufasa would be awesome to watch.

Raoh from Fist Of The North Star is a f*ckin monster and is def the best villian in Japanese Animation

emperor palpatine

Because the good are meant to win. The Lion King would not be as great if Simba died and Scar ruled 🙂

If Jafar was freed and in all his power then he would rule the world. I much rather have Aladdin running around in episode after episode of TV series than have it end with the first movie 😇

Yeah but there do exist villains that actually defeat powerful heroes on a regular basis... you know this right? Wouldn’t they be considered "Great" in comparison to some guy who can't take out some skinny Arab guy and his monkey?

thats why i choose palpatine. only vader, the second greatest villain of all time, was able to kill him

Okay, I guess his name is the Child Catcher. That's even scarier.

If you think that power is what makes someone great, then that is all up to you 😄

I made the thread to see what other thought 🙂

I judge villains not by their powers, but by their mind and personality 😊

"The Baroness will have your teeth for a necklace, and your eyes for earrings..."

That person is the Child Catcher.. played by Robert Helpmann in the film.
