If she isn't allowed to defend herself, then everyone on that list could 1-shot her, IMO.
Count Nefaria and Gladiator also could put her down in 1, I think. Ronan the Accuser might be able to do it, if he pulls out his 1-time, Ravenous-busting hit. Annihilation Annihilus has a good chance of ripping her face off. Does that count as a 1 shot?
Firelord has KO'd the Silver Surfer with a cheapshot. Guess he might be able to do the same here. The same goes for most of the mid-level heralds, IMO. I wonder if Thanos's former pet, Skreet could do it? She's a pretty darned powerful Chaos Mite.
Honestly, there are quite a few high tier types that could one-shot Wonder Woman if she isn't allowed to defend herself at all.

I really don't get the point of this thread. Is Diana just standing there, not defending herself at all? Even so, her bracelets still absorb some of the damage to her person. Assuming she puts up no defense at all,
Superman - sundipped? yes
Thor - physically? no godblast? yes
Silver Surfer - yes
Hank Henshaw - depends
A really pissed Hulk - how pissed? i'd lean towards no
Captain Marvel - no
Black Adam - no
Thanos - yes
Doctor Strange - yes
If she's blocking or using the Aegis Shield, then this changes.
I don't think anyone under Superman could one-shot Wonder Woman.
Superman wasn't holding back when Max Lord took control of his mind, and he punched her from the Sun back to earth, she did black out, but she nearly maintained consciousness. The Guys mentioned so far would take a few punches to put her out, I honestly think that it would take someone as powerful as Galactus to smoke her every time... I think that if she fought Thanos he would beat her 10/10 but for him to be able to KO her 100% with one hit, I don't know if I'd bank on it.

When I say Galactus I am not making a contest out of this, I'm merely stating that for a 100% one-shot KO ratio, it would take power on this level to put her down without a doubt.
