Chris Redfield (in his BSAA get-up) makes his fighting game debut in Marvel vs Capcom 3.

Would've rather seen Wesker in the trailer, but I guess that works too. Good to see some RE representation besides Jill.

Chris isn't going to be summoning monsters like Miss Valentine. He is instead, bringing his toys from Resident Evil 5 to the game; the Ithaca shotgun, the Stun Rod, and the Grenade Launcher has been verified.

I also heard that he is bringing the Magnum and the Satelite Beam (used on Uroboros Aheri) into play. The knife used looks more like a kukri machete.

Against a Zombie? Or a Crimson Head? Even a Hunter? That crap only works in Code: Veronica - stab low and get multiple hits. When I fitst started playing RE when I was in middle school, I learned the hard way that against a BOW, a knife isn't hitting on shit.

I prefer the M3 myself. Highest attack power out of the shotguns.

But the Hydra has more stopping powah. Triple barrel shotgun for the win.
