How to receive online payment using their credit card?

Im jesserey, from philippines, newbie in a business online (e.g. Google Checkout or any suggestion please), would like to ask how to receive online payment using their credit card and please give me sample of how to use it or data if you have.

There are many ways to do this but since it sounds like you are a novice I would suggest going through PayPal, they have many different levels of online transactions from simple to full merchant account with backend scripts. Using PayPal you will not have to get a merchant account and you don’t have to get an SSL cert for your site which can get be a big chunk of change.
