True, Kallark (like the character he is based on - Clark) would only need one punch to kill Sinestro.

Sinestro knows that he can be as effective with one ring as he can with ten, so I don't think they would give him an additional boost.
Sinestro is a perfect match against Gladiator really. Kallark needs his confidence and Sinestro could mostly likely implant a great deal of fear in him and take that confidence right away. If Gladiator would be able to resist it, he could probably take on Sinestro.
