I'll go with the Chief because I don't know Bryan does. Show me his feats that are comparable to lifting 50-ton tanks falling two kilometers and shrugging it off, etc.

They should've showed him doing something impressive in the T5 intro instead of having him laugh his ass off.

Hm.. judging by what I saw from that I'd have to say the Chief takes it. He's got the speed and there strength and durability are about equal.
