Jesus is not the second Person in the God-class (qualitatively), but (ordinally). But each Person is as much God is the other Person.
So, Jesus is just as much God as the Father is God because divinity is exclusive to all Three: Father, Son, Holy Spirit.

If you are sincere then yes, you can be saved.
The only sin that God cannot forgive is the sin of rejecting Jesus as your Lord and Savior because you have a free will. God will honor your free will to such an extent that He will permit you to choose suffering in Hell for eternity over true acceptance, joy, peace, and love in Heaven for eternity--if that is what you want.
