And they fight in an Arena, the Hulk has no way of replicating what Thor did.

How do you know that? Thor specifically used his hammer to blast Mangog on the inside. He didn't just hit him with the hammer. And again, Hulk has no way of duplicating that kind of blast.

How do you know this? No one has ever tried that before Thor did, and if a punch would have worked, why didn't Thor just do that?
