Without THOTI,
there is no weak character that can even come close to stalemating the LT.
Heck even omniversal powers can't.
The LT has been defeated once on panel,
by THOTI. (god's power withIn the omniverse)
Protege got the upperhand on the LT,
but Protege's power is to copy the power of any being, even the LT,
this, coupled with all the other powers he had copied combined,
gave him the edge.
Scathan is the only cat who has demonstrated a greater authority than the LT's,
but imo, Scathan was functioning on behalf of TOAA,
in a yet to be definitively explained specific way.
