At first I thought there had to be some catch to this thread. But uh, yeah really, it's no contest here. Parallax easily.

..takes SS's board and beats both SS and Doomsday with it. Well, Doomsday once with it anyway. 😆

Alternate reality IGs are weaker than the 616 version.

I'm not sure what Surfer's IG was capable of doing, but in another What If? story, the IG was only capable of destroying a Galaxy.

not really since Parallax does not have any multiversal on pannel feats.

Have you read Zero Hour ?

An incomplete IG is multiversal in power(on pannel)

I've already been over this with Mr Master . He doesn't .

The weilder of the complete IG is sad to be God, and supreme of the Multi-verse.

This helps him how ?

Not to mention that he is weaker than LT .

Parallax has never been mention as Supreme Being of the Multiverse to my knowledge.
