First discussion - don't you get annoyed by cliques when other people have them? How about an extention of high school cliques?

I think cliques are an opportunity for a group of people to be abrasive towards everyone else.

When peer leaders value inclusion and being friendly to everyone, the atmosphere is different from the culture that grows when peer leaders value only those with the best clothes, physical appearance, social class, etc.
