I say Strange, 6 out of 10. And, NOT easily.

Loki is the "Dr. Doom" of the Gods.

Doc Strange for a strong majority, 8/10 at least

The good Doctor should take Loki for a good majority, 7/10 at my minimum. Loki won't be an easy opponent by no means considering his vast knowledge of Asgardian magic and deceptive intelligence. Dr. Strange will have to be on guard for anything in this encounter.

I recall seeing Loki give Strange trouble...

Although, I think that was an inexperienced Strange.

id say loki do to him been GOD even thow it would be very difficult

Strange had to use all of his energy to resist Loki's mindblast.

This was a VERY weak Strange I believe.
