My guess your not to familar with Talisman, the new Guardian or even Sasquatch [ie. Tanaraq].
Bill is not the strongest member, far from it. Also Silver Surfer NEVER uses his super speed in battles, traveling speed does not equal fighting speed.
New Guardian, current Talisman, and current Sasquatch are relatively unknown in terms of power.
Sure, Talisman says she is not as powerful as before, but even in her inexperienced youth Strange labeled her a force to be reckoned with...
New Guardian is simply an unknown. How much of his power is the suit and how much is his was never really made clear, but he seemed a real badass in the OF mini.
As for Sas, yeah he got beat down by an amped Wrecking Crew, but he also withstood a planet-shattering hit from BRB. There's no telling where he's at right now, with or without help from Tanaraq.
Thus, I call this a stalemate at the moment.
Defenders should win, based on established feats, but there are so many variables with the new OF...

Guardian has took down a weakened Galactus, when the combined might of Hercules, Quasar, BOX IV, Vindicator II, Windshear, Her, Sersi, Vision couldn't do it.

Guardian has sent half of the heroes to the Quwrlin homeworld in order to battle Galactus. Just so some don't snap, the Quwrlin rebuilt Mac to go against Galactus and their entire race based their entire purpose on studying Galactus. So it's not farfetched he could take out a weakened Galactus. Also this dimension was messing with Galactus's powers as he couldn't perform cosmic blasts, but still had his physical power and before James steped in it took the combined efforts of Alpha Flight and the Avengers strongest members just to hold him off.

No that's not true he was transformed into a cyborg and the suit was a part of his body he would be much more capable in the suit not to mention the added abilities he had from being part machine.

I'm talking about classic Guardian, who wore the suit. He could do what cyborg Guardian could do not just on a higher level or quicker.

Alpha Flight #4 of 5:
Micheal Pointer finally joins into the battle and does it in a big way. Wooza, he destroys multiple demons and buildings with single blasts and this is his first outing in the Guardian armor. Quite uber. I highly doubt he could have killed Sasquatch, as even the Collective couldn't and this is a stronger version of Walter to boot.
