Okay so far Wolverine's fought Jess when she was possessed by a superhuman samurai demon... Wolverine went into a berserker rage and basically railed his way through her.
Their second encounter (in the savage land) Wolverine was weakened, fatigued, and his senses were messing wit him. EVEN THEN all Jess did was flip him over while he wasn't even attacking her.. if he was she'd be heheaded... 😐
But let's not pretend that she won that anyways... it ended with Wolverine kicking her to the ground about to pounce on her when Luke Cage got in to try and restrain him...
In their third fight during HOM, Jess showed up with a whole team of people and Wolverine one shotted her..
Recently in New Avegers.. yeah she KOed Logan.. but only after Logan walked out of a plane crash that KOed the likes of Iron Fist, Spiderman AND Luke Cage. 😐
And even then that was well after Wolverine forcibly removed Jess from the plane when she didn't want to be removed....
The counts more like Wolverine 3 Spiderwoman arguably 1.

To the first part I agree.. the second, not so much.. Imagine Spiderman without a spidersense.. He would still have incredible reflexes and speed but they wouldn't help much if he got sneak attacked. 😬
