Who? Apoc? He could get the win. He'd pick IronMAn And namor off easy. Dehydration blast and techno pathy takes those two out. He's already shown to be at least on par with professor hulk. That should be enough to take out Herc and wm. considering apoc is faster than both, can fly, has energy blast, and can amp by size changing.
