Gladiator doesn't show combat speed, he has vast traveling speed but that doesn't equal fighting speed

Yes, Guardian would die but could Guardian attack BB before he attacks him? Very possible, but it's rather large question mark if he could finish him in time. It's possible, but debatable

I put Hulk over Thor because:
1- Actual Hulk is a beast, and we have seen little of the New Thor.
2- Hulk have a best record than Thor in their fight.
I put Silver Surfer over Thor because:
1- I'm fairly thinkin' that SS could beat Thor
2- I think that Surfer would be a biggest threat than Thor for the Gardian, due to the nature of his power.

Hulk beat Thor once without his hammer, and once where he used his hammer for nothin' but punching. Thor beat him once without his hammer, with his hammer and stalemated with twice without it.
If Thor used his hammer for something else besides punching and the occasional lighting. He would win.
