So then He will see her speed blitz him before he can attack and decapitate him. She doesn't even need her tiara to do it since he's a human. She can do it with her fist or lasso.

Teleportation, Astral projection,or Mystic Shields would be an option to basically if he can avoid the first attack he has countless ways to attack her.Basically if he can use the above methods to avoid the first attack and then use the Crimson Bands of Cytorrak to hold her which she is not breaking out of even if she could not in enough time to stop him from using an attack.Which could range from banishment,mystic bolts,Transmutation etc.It would take alot of work on strange's part to put her down but just a simple speed blitz on her part to put him down.

Yeah i know i think hulk has broken out of them as well I still say they hold her long enough for him to cast a spell.And I think its complete BS that either Namor or hulk was able to break them.
